The 113th Wyandot County Fair runs Tuesday to Saturday with daily events for all ages. Wyandot County Fair to Hold Outdoor Worship Service
Plans are set for the Wyandot County Fair Worship Service on Sunday September 13 at 7 30 pm in the grandstand. Dr Shields from First Baptist Church Toledo will speak on The Christ with the Broken Arm and the choir directed by Paul Geiser will perform two anthems Tis Marvelous and Wonderful and Send Forth The Spirit. Organist Mrs Paul Stephan will accompany. A freewill offering will be received with all proceeds beyond expenses benefiting the County Weekday Religious Education Program. Attendance is expected to exceed 1000 as neighbors from Wyandot and surrounding counties gather.

Fire destroys Donelson barn and nearby grass blaze
A large barn at the east end of Grove Street owned by Donelson Packing Company burned Sunday afternoon. Animals were unharmed after evacuation. Damage estimate not yet set.
