Carey Jaycees led by David Myers announce mass oral polio vaccination for Wyandot County at a nominal 25 cent charge. Upper Sandusky Jaycees join the effort with Sabin Type I vaccine to all residents 6 weeks to 98 years, requiring pre registration and coupons due by April 2. Vaccination days are April 9 at Carey and Upper schools, and May 7 at the same locations.

David J. Loy, longtime Porcelain Products Co. sales promotion manager, will become director of advertising and sales promotion for Midland Mutual Life Insurance in Columbus. He plans to move his family from Findlay to Columbus shortly after April 1. Loy has worked at Porcelain since 1950, aside from two years of Army service. His mother and late father, John G.
