About 200 people viewed 63 fashions and cotton fabrics at the Calvacade of Cottons 1963 in the high school auditorium. Proceeds over $250 supported the late Mrs. Robert D. Hunter’s fund after expenses shared by the Jaycees and Jaycee-Ettes.

Leaving Ohio Charge Dismissed In Juvenile Court
Eli Smith, 43, formerly of Carey and Tiffin, appeared in Seneca county juvenile court on a parole violation charge. The case was dismissed after he stated he was leaving Ohio. Smith had previous convictions in 1961 for neglect of minor children and in Wyandot county for larceny. He has been serving a 30 day sentence with a $700 fine and $106.40 costs in Wyandot county jail.
