Grade operetta Land of Dreams Come True is scheduled for Friday March 29. The senior class play A High School Mystery a three act comedy mystery has been selected with cast to be chosen. Tuesday March 19 Tiffin University will present a 30 minute musical at 2 30 pm with an interview for seniors interested in the business school. Honors include fourth term honor roll Josephine Conley Donne Lou Wonder Martha Ann Spensiler and perfect attendance by 12 room students. Dallas Bland won a trumpet certificate at a junior bands meeting in Shelby.

Carey Board Selects Bay Village Teacher for Second Grade
At a Carey board meeting Miss Dorothy Kenat of Bay Village was employed to teach the second grade at the Col Crawford building replacing Virginia Pendleton fatally injured in a Friday auto accident. Kenat has two years of elementary training at Wittenberg and is pursuing a B S at Kent State. Roads in Carey were icy delaying pupil transportation and both public and parochial schools closed all day.

Left foot amputated in Mercy Hospital cases in Tiffin
Irvin Fiegelist of Melmore street Tiffin underwent amputation of his left foot in Mercy hospital on Wednesday to halt an infection. His wife Verena Catherine Niedersfohr, who had undergone an operation, died last Wednesday and was buried Saturday.

A Greyhound bus traveling from Findlay to Carey left the road and landed in a ditch near the E B Kurtz farm west of town around 5:00 am Wednesday.
