One hundred twenty five Carey boys have registered for a Lions sponsored trip to Cleveland next Thursday to see the Indians play the New York Yankees. All expenses are paid. boys should bring a small amount of money. Unregistered boys may sign at Harry's Drug Store. Transport can be furnished by calling H. B. Keller. more drivers are needed. The caravan departs Carey theatre at 8 AM Thursday.

Williams a senior Billman and Taylor juniors Shank a sophomore all from Ohio Wesleyan accompanied by Dalton Williams Jackson and Tom Shank. They bought a 1941 Nash for the trip and arrived in Fairbanks Sunday unsure of summer employment. Horace is son of Mr and Mrs George Newhard of West Findlay Street.

Rev Worthman Retires After 41 Years of Methodist Pastoral Service
Rev D Worthman retires from active pastorate after 41 years in the Methodist church. Born in Germany, he immigrated to Spokane in 1903 and studied at Baldwin Wallace College then served in Cleveland, McKeesport, and several Ohio towns. His three sons serve in government, medicine, and forestry. The Worthmans will relocate to 401 E Walnut St, North Baltimore.
