In Mayor's Court on July 6 and 7, Steven Risner of Carey was fined 10 dollars and costs for reckless operation. Hagar Roark of Vanlue was fined 50 dollars and costs for disturbing the peace. Solomon Richardson of Upper Sandusky was fined 10 dollars and costs for reckless operation. Allen St. Clair of Carey was fined 100 dollars with 85 suspended if restitution is made for malicious destruction of property. Jack Coldiron of Carey had assault on a minor child dropped with costs paid by Glenna Coldiron. In Belatat Lakeeside Ohio the Ohio State Singles tournament featured Denver Donelson second and Harold Donelson third in the Men s Expert division with Mrs Donelson receiving a large roving trophy.
