Carey’s initial allotment was 1100 passenger tags plus truck and motorcycle tags, starting with 74 701. High Water Floods Roads Around Town After Rain
Heavy rain swelled spring creeks and filled cellars Tuesday night with water. Spring Run rose to its banks by Wednesday morning as rainfall eased. Roads flooded across the area and a High Water sign was placed at Findlay and Vance streets with traffic directed around Route 23.
