Funeral for Miss Elizabeth Green Held in Upper Sandushy
Attendees including James Green Mrs Ida Shaw and many relatives attended the Friday service for Miss Elizabeth Green at Bringman Funeral Home Upper Sandushy. Pallbearers from the family assisted Rev Hallowell who officiated and burial followed at Old Mission Cemetery. Miss Green, daughter of William and Elizabeth Green, would have turned 93 in March 1931.

The death of Thurston W McClure aged 74 at his Findlay residence Friday night from liver cancer ends a long illness. Funeral services were held Monday at the Carey Methodist church with Reverend Roger J Turrell officiating and Kiwanis quartet providing music. Burial followed at Spring Grove cemetery with local officials and family in attendance. He had served as mayor, notary public, motor vehicle registrar, and active in Masons and Odd Fellows. He leaves his wife Alice May Sargent and a wide circle of friends.
