About 200 people enjoyed a supper and program at the Knights of Pythias hall Saturday night. The event featured an orchestra, vocal and piano solos, a schoolteacher sketch by Russel Fagan, two vaudeville sketches, and a blackface bit by Mrs Fagan and Mrs Turnbell. The evening ended with closing ceremonies and a chicken and nouilles banquet.

Weaver Charged with Murder After Manor Death
Charles Weaver 1824 Norwood was arrested Thursday night on a murder charge after Joseph Manor died at St Vincent's hospital. Manor, a laborer, shot by Weaver who claimed he mistook him for a criminal. Weaver had posted 5000 bond through National Milling Co as a watchman and faced continued arraignment.

Funerals Held for Gannon and Jordan After Auto Crash
Funeral services were held Friday for J Gannon and Donald Jordan who died December 26 in an northeast county auto accident. Pallbearers included G A Rothrauff R H Brown Oscar Motts Charles Toot George Gibbs and Henry Lawton. Jordan’s body was sent to a mausoleum in Upper Sandusky before burial in Kansas City beside his mother. Gannon’s body rested at the undertaker awaiting relatives. The Gannon family faced multiple distant placements with relatives in New York Providence St Louis and Kansas City. Attendees included Milo Jordan of Cleveland and Dorothy Gannon of Sterling Illinois, Mrs Jordan’s sister though not related to the deceased.

Death of Louis Stoll in Ann Arbor Michigan
Louis Stoll died Saturday morning at his home in Ann Arbor Michigan after a yearlong illness from stomach cancer. He was 71 years and 19 days old. Funeral was held Tuesday forenoon. He leaves a wife and 11 children, four daughters in this locality and the others in Michigan and Ohio. He has two brothers J J Stoll and Henry Stoll. He had resided in Crawford until about 11 years ago. Mrs Russell Mrs Wentz Mrs Hetzel and Mr Johnson attended the funeral.
