Obituary: Velma Niederkohr Dies in Town At 11 Months
Velma Flay Niederkohr died Friday morning at 4:20 at her parents home on Sa Munese Street after a week with spinal meningitis. Born March 8 1930 she was 11 months 11 days old. Survived by parents P J Niederkohr Stella and siblings Ardine Herald and Glenn, along with paternal grandfather John Niederkohr and maternal grandparents Mr and Mrs FON Bees. Funeral held Sunday at Our Lady of Consolation Church conducted by Rev Edwin Borntraeser with burial in St Marys Cemetery. Pallbearers were Catherine Phakdda Ruth Coron Wenieper and Dolores Hater.
