Ohioans tour Michigan lake resorts conclude in praise
The Ohioans, Ohio's youngest premier dance band, returned from a Michigan tour and were hailed as the best band in two years. They played to a crowd of several thousand at Water Works park and will return for further engagement. The group includes Darwin Milamore Dolores Russell Wally Harpst Stanley Moyer Wilson Kuhman Gene Moyer Joe Van Dorn William Wittenmire and Gene Markley, with Markley living in Findlay while others hail from Findlay.

Sunday about 3:00 a.m. the local fire department battled a blaze at the W. A. Kennerly residence corner of Fadlay and West streets. The barn was seriously damaged and an automobile destroyed by explosion. no injuries occurred as gasoline in the tank ignited.
