Conservatory Players Impress Haileybury Audience
The Conservatory Players drew a packed crowd at Haileybury High School Assembly Hall praising the troupe as finest talent seen. Miss Dot Fay Trott led with soprano and instrumental skill, joined by Miss Margaret Slewers contralto, Edward Coleman baritone and instrumentalist, and Baldy Strang tenor with bagpipe selections. The program featured instrumental and vocal quartets, solos, impersonations, and sketches. They open Lincoln Chautauqua in the city with preludes for both programs.

Two county boards approved a consolidation plan and said districts will pass resolutions to support it. They also announced they would grant the necessary permission to consolidate. Upon completion, a school building costing between 12000 and 15000 dollars will be erected. Sycamore Leader.

West Findlay Street Opens for General Traffic
West Findlay street is open this morning for general traffic from the Northern Ohio railroad to Muncie street. Muncie street is the first southbound street. The route provides west and northwest residents with limited delay. By next Monday morning the street will extend to West atrest.
Library Hours During Chautauqua Week Declared
The library will be open from 1 to 2 PM and from the close of the afternoon session until 7 PM all week of the Chautauqua.
City council meeting approves street and utility actions
The Wright County city council met Monday with Mayor Wonder and councilmen present. Bills paid include Logan Gas Co and J O Shoup on Findlay paving. Actions discussed include hitching posts, lowering Lake street foot bridge, cess pool cleaning, and map contract with Smith & Boulay for Carey.
