The Rev W E Bradley will resign as pastor of St Mark's Lutheran Church on East State Street Fremont May 15 and will move to Columbia City Indiana to lead a larger Lutheran congregation. During his tenure membership rose 60 percent, church remodeled, Bible courses added to public schools, Sunday school departmentalized, and a new missionary society formed under his leadership. His farewell sermon will be May 12.

Walter and Mrs. Fout of Crawford hear from their son Glenn after nearly four years. He left home at 16 with George Gibbs and has since served in the Gulf Refining Co marine department ending as third mate aboard the Gulf Maid. He is now in Port Arthur Texas and planned a trip toward Charleston South Carolina seeking letters from Carey friends. Glenn has not heard from George Gibbs for a year and a half.
