Henry Rosenthal pleaded guilty in district court and received a one year sentence. He appeals to test whether suspended sentences apply only to under 21 for liquor violations. Poll tax receipts to the number of 1150 have been issued in Milam county up to Wednesday. Payment has been brisk for this time of the year and indications are that the next elections will see a record vote polled.
