Farmers Apply For SS Benefits Increases Possible
Durelle L. Allen of the Temple Social Security Office says many farmers under 65 who filed in 1961 can have benefits recalculated to raise their rates. By substituting 1961 for low earning years, some gains are possible. Farmers without SS credits before 1955 who applied early may benefit. A Temple representative will be in Cameron at 102 West Main at 9:00 am on Tuesday, June 19 and 26.
