Reynolds residents list guests and returns from Macon Tifton Columbus and other towns. Notables include Misses Wright Parker Tucker and Ricks visiting relatives. Mr. Virgil Powell returns from Norfolk and Rev Huckabee attends Macon pastors institute. several families host visitors amid graduation plans.
Reynolds U D C Gordon Carson Chapter held its May meeting at the Club Chapter house with Miss Elda Blackmon presiding. Officers were elected unanimously, including Mrs. C H Neisler as president and Miss Elda Blackmon as first vice president. The program featured songs, a life sketch of Jefferson Davis, and a devotion to Confederate history, followed by a social with refreshments.
Taylor Mill residents and visitors fill days with family gatherings church note Lizzie Moryell wed Frank Perkins on Sunday May 28 at the Baptist church Rev H H Mosley to preach next weekend attendance at Sunday school 115 Graduation honors seventh grade 6 boys and one girl certificate recipients listed.

Miss Ann King was feted by Ruby Roberson and friends at the Cottage Monday night. Guests arrived about eight, played games, enjoyed several proms, and were served refreshments as Ann prepares to leave for the summer. Her friends hope she spends part of her vacation with them.
A group of teachers headed for summer breaks will be away for three months. Mrs. W F Wasdin Miss Florine Wilson Mrs L D King and Miss Ann King plan rest and time off. Annie Windham elected to teach Wilsons junior girls. Winnie Underwood will lead Wasdin's intermediate class. Edna Underwood to return soon and take King’s primaries.
The Taylor Mill Woman's Club met May 17 at the Club House. New officers for September: President Mrs C H Moore, Vice President Mrs Eva Hightower, Secretary Mrs Leonard Oliver, Treasurer Mrs Cynthia Jones, Reporter Miss Lottie Windham. 117 sick visits, 47 trays, 45 garments, 44 bouquets reported. attendance prizes awarded.
