Dean of Men at TCU Dies After Five Months Illness
SAN AUGUSTINE July 7 A FE Day dean of men of Texas Christian University at Fort Worth died at his daughter's home Mrs Jessie Whitton of this place Monday night after a five month illness. Day was a prominent Texas educator for thirty years serving as superintendent of schools at Center Jefferson Garrison and San Augustine. He held degrees from Texas Christian University and Chicago University prior to joining TCU.
