City conservation plan outlined for Brownfield residents
Brownfield City Council approved a water conservation plan required by the Canadian River Municipal Water Authority. The plan urges residents to save water across home routines including showers over baths, low flow fixtures, cold water where possible, full dishwashers, and efficient laundry and gardening practices. It advises appliance checks, leak repairs, proper insulation, and soil conditioning to reduce evaporation and runoff.
