Paul in Rome Lesson on Acts 27 28 and Philippians 3 14
Charles E Dunn reviews Pauls voyage to Rome as a prisoner and missioner. He highlights the shipwreck on Malta with 277 aboard and three months recovery, then the warm reception at the Forum of Appius and Three Taverns. Paul writes Philemon Colossians Ephesians Philippians during two years in a hired house awaiting trial. His execution around 58 ends a life described as the greatest apostle and missionary. The note ends with a sly line about cargo versus shipment depending on transport.
