Congressional Primaries Shape Up in Local Districts
The April 18 primaries loom two months away as Democratic groups in the 4th and 6th districts face no opposition while 7th and 10th see contests. The 10th district race draws attention due to reallocation and GOP fighting within a suburban area saved by reapportionment. Longtime Republican strength in the 6th wanes as Dems edge ahead, though some Republicans hope to push a full GOP slate in the field.
