Bristol Man Sought Labor For Two Factories

Anthony Rugi ro, retir ed Brig, arranged to bring two Bristol factories to the city. Parr igon Toys, Inc. will employ about 150 workers at 12 dollars a week, using federally mandated wage scales after Oct. 24. The Bristol Dress Company plans sewing operations next week with 36 machines and equal staffing.

Puppet Show Aids St Michael’s Church Group

The St Andrews Club of St Michael s Church plans a puppet show titled Puppets Aren t We All to support church programs. The Marionette and Am erican Puppet volunteers will present Monday afternoon and evening performances. The past summer the show drew crowds at Cape Cod.
