Bristol furniture dealer lands five year lease for town building
The town awarded Charles J. Falugo of Bristol a five year lease at $120 per year with a $10 monthly plan after increasing the bid from $110. The lease includes 5822 square feet of land and a clause granting an additional five year lease at the end. Falugo will insure the building and contents used as storage while repairs are needed. Highway crews moved town property out of the building, once owned by Beachmount Land Co, taken in 1935 for delinquent taxes.
