Harvest Festival Preacher to Lead St Michael’s Event
Rev Hevil Tinker rector of Church of the Epiphany Providence will be guest preacher at the annual Harvest Festival of St Michael's Church at 7 30 Friday night. Parishioners bring fruit vegetables and groceries as offerings of thanksgiving to decorate the altar and front of the church. The festival sponsored by the church and Ladies Benevolent Society donates the collected items to St Mary's Home for Children in Providence. Special harvest hymns will be sung by St Michael's choir.
