Vikings Defeat C A Nine 14-4 In Twilight League Game
The Bristol Y Vikings topped Collins and Aikman 14 to 4 on the Common. Vin Securo earned his second win of the young season as nine hits were collected off three C A pitchers and five errors surfaced for the opposition. Vollaro had three hits in four at bats including a two run homer. The Vikings scored early and plated at least one run every inning and used several pitching changes before finishing off C A with strong defense. Monday they face St Elizabeths in the next Twilight League game after a postponed contest against US Rubber and St Elizabeths yesterday.
