Dr Samuel E Shuster of this town returned from a four day National Association of Chiropodists convention in Atlantic City New Jersey He addressed the first meeting of the Neuropodology society describing nerve based foot treatments He also attended Temple University School of Chiropody victory dinner where Dr Robert L Johnson Temple president spoke.

Pine Cone Troop Fetes Parents On Mother's Day Night
Pine Cone Troop No 141 Girl Scouts hosted a Parents Day party in DeWolf Chapel on Monday night. About 450 parents attended as prizes were awarded to winners Mrs Edward Menard and daughter Judith and Manuel Tavares and daughter Jane won door prizes. The girls performed songs and presented corsages and flower lapels they had made, ending with God Bless America.
