Boy Scout Notes District Meeting and Treasure Hunt
Members of the Bristol County District Committee and scoutmasters will hold a supper meeting at Warren Hotel at 6 30 this evening then join troop representatives for a camping session led by Howard E Munro and Alfred H Murray. The First Bristol Troop hosts a treasure hunt at Camp King Phillip next Monday at 7 30 with patrols competing for the treasure and swimming merit badge instruction.
Collins and Aikman Girls Club Banquet Plans
The CSA Girl's Club held its regular monthly meeting at the club room. Bond raffle winners were Gertrude Sanderson and Eleanor Almeida. Plans were made for the annual banquet on June 30 at the Highland Casino. Committee in charge: Margery McCann chair, Mary Murphy, Margaret Jordan, Mary Paul, Peggy George ex officio. Social committee: Alice Walsh and Lillian Pasquerelli.

At 6pm on Wednesday the Mus tangs beat St Elizabeths 10 to 1. Valentine Verna pitched 13 strikeouts and one hit allowed. George Amaral hit a bases loaded triple. St Elizabeths was held scoreless until the seventh when Benny Almeida scored. Mustangs advance to face Oliver Street Juniors on the Common.
