Tragic Flood Strands Four Cars Washes Away in VOCA
In VOCA Texas on April 30 a rain of about an inch caused damage as four or five cars were washed off a low water bridge and three members of a family are reported lost. Local residents Clarence Salter and family visited the Hebrens Friday night as neighbors mourn the tragedy.
