Casey Cleared for Ballot in Everett Republican Primary

The Ballot Law Commission ruled that John F. Casey, an Everett Republican, may enter the Republican primary for the House of Representatives. Frank M. Carpenter protested the timing of Casey’s filing, but the commission found the registration was certified in time and Casey’s name must appear on the ballot.
