Boston & Lowell Railroad Stockholders Meet on Oct 30 1880

A special meeting of the Boston and Lowell Railroad Corporation stockholders is set for Saturday October 30 1880 at 11:00 a.m. at the Boston Passenger Station to decide on approving a ninety nine year lease of the Central Massachusetts Railroad from October 1 1886 under terms agreed by directors. Proxies and stock certificates must be presented for transport to and from the meeting.
