Washington Oct 22 Senate banking and currency committee moved to call experts to frame amendments to the administration currency bill. Hearings close Saturday then amendments begin. Additional witnesses, especially financiers aware of gold movements between the U S and Europe, will be examined as work proceeds. R H Long of Massachusetts testified he was refused credit by New England banks amid a dispute with United Shoe Machinery. Weeks, a bank director, said the refusal was due to Long's credit condition.
