Joseph Burkenshaw of 41 Middlesex street Lowell and Chin Chin of 406 Common street Lawrence were arrested yesterday by U S Deputy Marshal Ruhl on conspiracy charges in the sale and manufacture of opium. A hearing is set for Oct 17 with bail at 1000 for Burkenshaw and 500 for Chin Chin.
