Mrs Susie EF Tate of Los Angeles lost a civil suit against L H Daloz Company in Municipal Court Judge Wentworth ruled the firm not liable for alleged defects. Tate had a suit cleaned and pressed while visiting, claiming belt damage and rear bagging after return. The company argued any flaws were due to poor initial fit or altered corsets.
