Worcester, Nov. 5. Judge John B. Ratigan declined to preside over the trial of Joseph M. Coldwell, ex leader of the Draper Company strike in Hopedale. Indicted for assault and battery, Coldwell had been convicted in a prior related offense. The case was continued to next Monday when another Superior Court justice will preside.
