Boy Dies After Fall From Mount Washington Bridge

A seven year old boy, Abraham Berkowitz of 315 Federal Street, fell from the Mount Washington Bridge onto Fort Point Channel around 7 15 PM. Passerby Thomas Riley of 77 Kneeland Street jumped in to rescue him but the boy died after being brought to Station 6.

Indian Bigamy Arrests at Rosebud Spark Tension

Washington reports ten Rosebud Indians arrested on bigamy charges during a deputy marshal's absence. J G Wright, U S Indian agent, says arrests lack legal basis and threaten trouble since elders follow Indian custom. He urges Department of Justice inquiry and halting further actions.

Walker Forristal 37 was found dead in Zera King’s Highlands house where he had boarded for weeks. Medical Examiner says death occurred during a fit. Nephew of Colonel George Whitney of Royalston, once a Summit House bartender. Whitney oversaw the burial arrangements in Winchendon.

Gloucester May 14 Frank Fogg the eccentric tramp arrested at Easton Point Sunday was sentenced to two months in the House of Correction this morning.
