Felice Mazzone and Francisco Cisero, both Boston Italians, were buried to their armpits in a five foot trench on Clarendon Street after a sudden cave-in. Three coworkers on the rim were knocked down, but rescue crews arrived and dug out the pair before the fire apparatus reached the scene.
