Henry Taylor a colored sailor on the Rhode Island was arraigned in Superior Court on murder in the second degree for the death of Jerald Taylor a 42 year old man from 49 Hammond Street Roxbury. The incident occurred Tuesday night at 29 Claremont Park during a quarrel over a girl. Taylor pleaded not guilty and was held without bail after allegedly firing three shots and being arrested on the scene.
