Rome March 2. Official information from here indicates Balkan states will press for several peace terms before any settlement, even with mediation by the powers.
The document outlines a peace treaty with Turkey. It demands immediate cessation of hostilities, Turkish surrender of Adriano Ple, Scutari and Janina to the allies, the Bulgar Turkish frontier to be fixed by a mixed Bulgarian Turkish commission, Gallipoli and Aegean islands to the allies, a rapid payment of a 300 million dollar war indemnity after deducting Ottoman debts in European provinces, a Sultanian religious representative in the Balkans, and the reestablishment of all prewar treaties and conventions with the Allies.
Olaf A. Tveitmoe and Eugene A. Clancy both of San Francisco were released on bonds from Leavenworth prison. They were among labor leaders convicted in Indianapolis last December on charges of conspiring in illegal transportation of explosives.
