New York March 2 Harry K Thaw to be summoned before a grand jury this week as part of the bribery inquiry tied to the attempt to free him from Matteawan asylum District Attorney Whitman approved the action after reviewing Albany testimony. The grand jury session will likely start after hearings on Dr Charles Kennedy habeas corpus writ.
