Funeral services for Matthew Philip Campbell M D of Provincetown will be held here tomorrow morning. Born April 19 1876 he graduated from the College of Physicians and Surgeons Baltimore about 29 years ago. He practiced in Ossettville then Provincetown before a heart examination in Boston. He died at Massachusetts General Hospital after a stroke while returning to Everett. He is survived by his mother Mrs Joanna Campbell and brother Thomas P D Campbell of Provincetown.
