Man Found With Leg Broken After Quarry Fight

Edward Buskala of 114 Townhill Street Quincy was found with a broken left leg and a blackened eye at Wilson's quarry in West Quincy. Police and an ambulance were summoned at 6:15 last night after firemen called from the West Quincy firehouse. Investigators say a free for all fight led to Buskala being pushed from the quarry edge.

Enchanted Dell Operetta Planned for Daly School Benefit

Dramatic art students present The Enchanted Dell operetta on June 14 15 and 16 to benefit the Daly Industrial School Dorchester. Sisters pupils have prepared parts for seven weeks. A full dress rehearsal was held yesterday afternoon with Miss Mary Cadigan as Fairy Queen and Miss Ethel Ormsby as Princess Rose.

Electric Car Slams into Boy Dragging 90 Feet in Newburyport

In Newburyport on June 1 9 year old Thomas D Donahue Jr son of merchant Thomas D Donahue was struck while chasing his hat and dragged 90 feet by an electric car. The incident occurred around 7 30 PM and the boy survived with injuries.

Boy gravely injured after electric car hits him

A gust of wind blew a boy's hat away as he chased it near an Amesbury bound electric car. The fender struck him, pinning him and preventing wheel contact, but his injuries are serious and doctors fear amputation of his crushed right leg. He was with Charles Davis.
