Additions are being made daily to the list of entries for the Boston Athletic Association mid winter carnival to be held at Mechanics building Saturday evening February 8. Large batches of entries from all sections of the East are expected as the list closes.

A Lynn dog show drew a large crowd as Sabine Reckoner a smooth haired fox terrier defeated Thomas W. Lawson's English bulldog. After 15 minutes of deliberation Sabine Reckoner won the all class division special gold prize. Dreamword De fiancé owned by T W Lawson took the reserve prize.
A big fleet of trawlers reached T wharf with fresh groundfish. Haddock and cod prices ranged from 3 to 8 cents per pound as dealers reported brisk business. Vessels listed include Spray and Quannapowitt with substantial halibut and scrod cargoes, while a schooner flagged half mast reported crew losses.
