Sullivan Dies Tied to Cronin Murder Case

Alexander Sullivan, 66, Chicago lawyer who led Clan Na Gaels during the Cronin murder era, dies in Chicago. Miss Ruth Hamilton, 17, of Boston, was mortally wounded by her 19 year old sweetheart Charles E Rich Jr who then killed himself in Yonk ers New York. Doctors say Hamilton has hours to live. She moans she wants to die to be buried with Rich on Saturday. Investigators say the deaths stemmed from parental opposition to their immediate marriage.

Kennedy dies on steamer Florizel en route to New York

John F. Kennedy a Boston labor leader and Schoolhouse Commission member died on board the steamer Florizel while traveling from St. John s Newfoundland to New York. Diabetes caused his death.
