Preparations For Congress Include Planned Wire Barrier
Today workers install telephones and prepare for the congress. A wire barrier may be erected in a park corner near the Trianon Palace Hotel and Hotel des Reservoirs to control German movement to and from the conference. Paron Leisner objects to movement restrictions, possibly prompting French authorities to drop the barrier plan. The barriers would not be closed before the congress opening.
