Red Cross Notes Call for Helpers and Items
T O Beck donated the Graham house living room for Red Cross use this summer. Volunteers are urged to sew one afternoon weekly and provide knitting supplies. A shipment includes ten sweaters ten pairs of socks ten hospital bed shirts and one muffler. Discarded sweaters are requested for unraveling into child garments for Europe. Junior Red Cross leads the effort. members should bring a chair for the work room and sock knitters should finish heels and toes per the approved pattern.
