The State Principals Association placed Jonesport-Beals High School basketball on one year probation after a chaotic Class D state final at Bangor Auditorium. Coach Ordie Alley and Principal Harry S. Fish Jr. faced multiple charges for unsportsmanlike conduct and improper actions by players, with a letter of admonition to Alley and three sustained charges against Fish. The probation lasts through the 1975-76 season, with no loss of privileges.
