Tide Inn license withdrawn after council meeting
Chequinn Corp withdraws its victualer's license application for the Tide Inn after a lengthy town council discussion. The action was requested without prejudice as the firm may seek operation under a future corporation. Separate votes denied a license to Richard Gabriel. A June 19 town meeting will consider school renovations costing about 250000 with Irving Hersey Associates of Durham, NH.
