Mrs Sippola widow of Ward Sippola learned of the death of Mrs Valentine Sippola a former Bessemer resident who died last Friday in Dallas Texas Funeral services were held in Dallas with Rev William J Honebel officiating and burial at Restland Memorial Park She had lived in Bessemer from 1890 to 1920 before moving to Mercedes Texas She was born in Finland on September 36 1870 and is survived by two daughters Mrs Emil Kelto of Bessemer and Mrs Alexander Monto of Springfield Illinois and two sons Rudolph of New York and Wilbert of Dallas A sister Mrs H Pakonen resides in Jacobson Minnesota.

Funeral services were conducted Monday at St Sebastian church for Mrs Anna Shawbits. She died at her Yale location home last Thursday from a cerebral hemorrhage. Born in Austria she came to this country 40 years ago. Survivors include three sons John and Lawrence of this city and Luke of New York. Pallbearers named as John Milakovich and Smolich.
