Four Generations of Bohnes at Harwood Hill Bennington
Harwood Hill in Bennington houses four Bohne generations. Paul W Bohne III, fresh from Rutgers, manages the family apple orchards with the fourth generation, 4 a half month old Jill Elaine. The elder Bohnes run weather and climate observation for U S Weather Bureau and U S Rubber Co while pursuing orchard research and development in collaboration with university and federal programs. The family plans a Saguenay River cruise as Paul III and Nancy reflect on high school sweethearts and 27 years since their first date.
