Opponents of Seabrook plan appeal of ocean cooling ruling
In Concord New Hampshire UPI reports opponents of the Seabrook nuclear project will appeal the ocean cooling decision to the U S Court of Appeals in Boston. Manchester lawyer Robert Backus said EPA Administrator Douglas Castle lacked data in several areas when he approved open cooling. Backus and other groups held a news conference while a protest occurred at the Seabrook site. About 50 Clamshell Alliance members dumped a bucket of dead dams at the construction entrance.
