Kreizel funds state expense accounts and private venue use
Vermont Development Secretary Arthur Kreizel says he has personally spent more than $2,000 for agency expenses. He and Elbert Moulton used a private account to rent cars and entertain business associates, intending to keep the fund with private donations. He also used the Top Notch Inn in Stowe as a private meeting place, a cost he estimates at over $1,000 avoided by not billing the state. Since taking office this year neither has filed state reimbursement requests.
